The Frahm Law Firm, LLC.
Lorna Frahm practices in the areas of estate planning, fiduciary litigation, real estate, general corporate, and municipal law. Lorna Frahm graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1985. Upon graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert O. Snyder of the Missouri Court of Appeals. She began private practice at Thompson Mitchell (now Thompson Coburn) in 1987 and was named a partner in the firm in 1995. In 1998, she joined Mercantile Bank (now US Bank) to serve as in-house legal counsel for the private banking and trust area. Her years of experience as a partner in the Trust and Estates practice of a large St. Louis law firm and in-house counsel at a premier trust company make her uniquely qualified to handle complex estate planning matters as well as fiduciary litigation cases. In addition to her estate planning practice, Lorna Frahm has extensive expertise in the municipal law area. She has advised cities, counties, and fire districts in matters of general representation, including planning and zoning, board of adjustment hearings, sunshine law requirements, and employment issues.
